Who we work with
Every system is sized from your bills and a site survey, not a package price list. Choose your type of site to see how we approach it.

Measure first
Then design the system
Why an audit comes first
Many sites install solar and still face high bills or tripping equipment. We measure your load, power quality, and tariff first, so the solar, battery, and electrical work solve the real problem together.
Tariff increases, peak-hour charges, and low power factor penalties add up month after month.
Voltage dips, harmonics, and load-shedding damage equipment and stop production.
A monthly bill doesn’t show which machine, shift, or building is wasting power.
Our services
Whether you are billed by LESCO, FESCO, IESCO, MEPCO, GEPCO, PESCO, or K-Electric, enter your monthly bill or units for an instant preliminary estimate of system size, monthly savings, and payback—updated for the 2026 net-billing rules.
Worked example

Saves ~58% of the bill
Commercial payback
~1.2 yrs
Including O&M costs
Industrial · PKR 30 lakh bill
~375 kWp
Saves ~65% of the bill
Planning yield

Modelled with our calculator’s default LESCO assumptions. Your result depends on your tariff, daytime use, roof, and sanctioned load.
Calculate for your exact bill and DISCO tariffHow it works
One team handles the survey, design, approvals, installation, and maintenance, so someone is always accountable for how your system performs.
We review your bills and visit the site to check roof space, load, and power quality.
You get a sized system, a savings estimate, and a payment option that suits you.
Electrical and structural design, protection, and the DISCO net-billing paperwork.
Tier-1 equipment, trained crews, testing, and commissioning through to your meter change.
Remote monitoring, cleaning and maintenance visits, and quick support when you need it.
Payment options
Pay upfront, in installments, through bank financing, or pay only for the electricity under a power purchase agreement.
Engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning under one project pathway.
Project information and documentation for available bank-financing pathways, subject to approval.
50% upfront with the remaining 50% paid through an agreed monthly-installment schedule.
Use a deferred letter-of-credit structure for applicable equipment-led projects.
Purchase generated energy under an agreed 10-20 year power purchase agreement.
Keep systems inspected, maintained, monitored, and supported after commissioning.

Why Skyland
Skyland is run by electrical engineers. We size systems from measured data, use Tier-1 equipment, handle the approvals, and stay with you after handover.
The same engineering standards on a 10 kW home system and a 2 MW factory rooftop.
Every proposal shows its assumptions (tariff, daytime use, and export rate) so you can check the numbers.
Batteries, generator sync, power factor, and automation designed alongside your solar.
Monitoring, maintenance visits, and a team you can call when something needs attention.
FAQ
Approvals, payback, the 2026 net-billing rules, and how projects are paid for. For anything else, read the solar guide.
Skyland Energy is approved by the Alternative Energy Development Board (AEDB) and the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Solar, electrical, and automation work is engineered to applicable national and international standards.
It depends mainly on your tariff, how much of the solar power is used on site during the day, system cost, and the export rate. Sites with strong daytime demand often recover their investment in a few years. Our calculator gives a first estimate using current net-billing rules, and a site survey confirms it.
Yes. Skyland prepares single-line diagrams and technical documents, checks sanctioned load, coordinates load-flow studies for systems of 250 kW and above, and works with the distribution company (LESCO, FESCO, GEPCO, IESCO, and others) through inspection and meter commissioning. New connections fall under the NEPRA Prosumer Regulations 2026.
The NEPRA Prosumer Regulations 2026, notified on 9 February 2026, moved new and renewed connections to net billing. Exported units are bought at the national average energy purchase price (about PKR 11 per unit when notified), imported units are billed at the normal tariff, systems are capped at 1 MW and at the sanctioned load, and agreements run for 5 years. Existing net-metering customers keep their terms until their agreement expires.
Options include turnkey EPC, bank-financing support for qualifying projects, 50% upfront with 50% in monthly installments, deferred letters of credit (LC), and 10–20-year power purchase agreements (PPA). Availability and terms are confirmed for each project.
